LOOK, I said, it&#8217;s SNOWING not far from here!\u00c2\u00a0 Will was the most excited, &#8220;when will the snow be here?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Oh, Will, we live in New Orleans.\u00c2\u00a0 We don&#8217;t get snow here.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2008\/12\/11\/snow-in-new-orleans-rare-_n_150282.html\">I was wrong! <\/a> Paul called home right between Will walking into his class and driving Kate to her building.\u00c2\u00a0 Heavy, heavy snow.\u00c2\u00a0 Kate asked for the phone and banged on her window, screaming &#8220;SNOW, MOMMY!\u00c2\u00a0 SNOW!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>And it stuck.\u00c2\u00a0 For a few hours, at least.\u00c2\u00a0 Paul took these pictures around 10am.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s our little house.\u00c2\u00a0 Can you believe we still haven&#8217;t unstuck the shutter on the right?\u00c2\u00a0 I&#8217;m so embarrassed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3211\" title=\"snowscenes-010\" src=\"http:\/\/www.coldspaghetti.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/12\/snowscenes-010.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.coldspaghetti.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/12\/snowscenes-010.jpg 1434w, http:\/\/www.coldspaghetti.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/12\/snowscenes-010-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m also a little bummed we hadn&#8217;t put up any Christmas decorations yet.\u00c2\u00a0 Our house is ADORABLE dressed up for the holidays.\u00c2\u00a0 (The orange caution tape in front is to protect the hardie, which Paul is working to carry to the back &#8212;
