As he was
walking northbound on Jefferson (near Atlanta Street), the victim was
approached by an unknown black male subject. The subject asked the
victim for a “light”, at which time the victim advised that he did not
smoke. This car then pulled
one or two lots forward into the 900 block of Webster and stopped in the
middle of the street. I stayed back at Chestnut. The car then went
forward slowly, took a left onto Camp toward downtown. Once they were
turning I started to follow as they looked very strange. They pulled
over to the side in front of 6101 or 6109 Camp and as I passed them up I
called the NOPP patrol cell number. As I kept driving toward Whole
Foods I could see in my rearview mirror 2 teenage black males get out of
the passenger side of the car. The car then pulled forward and to the
curb a couple of feet - so there was a 3rd person in the car driving. I
",1] ); //-->gun.
